Patrick began his career in real estate finance, working for Bank of America s Real Estate Special Assets Group.  He later founded and managed New Century Marketing Int l, a marketing company, for 11 years, bringing in large corporate accounts such as the world headquarters for Nestle and Rolex in Switzerland, and as The Capital Group, Toyota Motor USA and  Boeing in the United States, to name a few.

Having always had a passion for real estate, to you he pledges the highest level of customer service, loyalty and effort.  This pledge comes from years of absorbing high level business experience and proven customer service skills which have earned him much success throughout his 20 year career.

Born in Brussels, Belgium, Patrick has also lived in Cannes, France and Geneva, Switzerland.  He went to school at the International School of Geneva before moving to Los Angeles in 1983 to attend the University of Southern California.  He has made his home in Valley Village since 1999 with his wife and two beautiful children.
